Dear Valued Member,

I hope this message finds you well!  FCCU is excited to announce some big changes to our current Graham Rd. location.  Over the past several years, FCCU has introduced many new products and services that assist our members in conducting their business remotely.  Now, we’re focusing on creating the best and most inviting in branch experience for our members as well. 

As part of these changes, we will be undergoing a complete transformation of our existing lobby and back-office space.  The new design was thoughtfully created to offer a warm, welcoming experience for every member. It features upgraded technology and private offices that provide a comfortable setting for confidential conversations, whether you are discussing your finances with a team member or meeting with a lending officer about a loan. Further, the new design is intended to provide our wonderful staff with a more practical and efficient work environment to better serve our members and continue to build on our success as a credit union into the future. 

While we are certainly excited about these big changes, we understand that this project will cause some disruption in the manner we conduct our business during the construction phase of the project.  As a result, we are taking steps to ensure as seamless a transition as possible to best serve our members.  FCCU will continue to offer all online products and services; however, we understand you may still need to visit us in person during the construction. Therefore, we will be establishing a temporary location just behind our building at 33 Graham Rd. These accommodations will allow members to continue conducting their usual business in person. As always, members can also access our extensive network of fee-free ATMs (a full listing is available via a link on our website), apply for loans online, sign loan documents remotely and/or by appointment, and deposit checks using our remote deposit capture through the mobile app.

Once we are set up in our temporary location, you will see signage directing you to the drive-up and/or parking to come see us in person.  Members are always welcome to stop in but are encouraged to set up an appointment if you would like to meet with a loan officer, in person, so we can ensure one of our loan officers is available when you arrive. 

Our team at FCCU is excited for these big changes scheduled to begin August 11, 2025 and we will transition to our new (temporary) home in the back of the building in the two weeks leading up to the start date.  We can’t wait to show off the updates when everything is completed.
